May 14, 2020 – MemberDirect PAC 365 Day Reset Deadline
Please be advised, your online banking PAC requires updating every 365 days for your online security. One year ago we made significant changes to PAC security and that date is coming up, effective May 14. If directed to change your PAC please follow the instructions. Contact NDCU if you experience any difficulties. Please be aware that as we enter the May long weekend we will not be able to respond until Tuesday, May 19. We apologise for the inconvenience.

May 1, 2020 – Reduced Hours of Operation for All NDCU Branches
The health and safety of our members, employees and communities are of utmost importance to us and are a key factor behind our decision-making as we proactively take precautions against the spread of COVID-19. As a result, we are limiting hours for walk-in traffic to 10:00 am to 2:00 pm*; but have employees responding to remote enquiries by phone, email or website between 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. See below and be aware that access can change at a moments notice and may not be immediately reflected as below.
     Nelson Branch
          - Monday to Friday (walk-in 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 3:30)
     East Shore Branch*
          - Tuesday to Friday (closed to walk-in but with some branch support 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 3:30)
          - Saturday (closed to walk-in but with some branch support 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 1:30)
     Rossland Branch
          - Monday to Friday (walk-in 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 3:30)
                    - Thursday, May 21 - By appointment only
