February 16, 2021 – Reduced Hours of Operation for All NDCU Branches
The health and safety of our members, employees and communities are of utmost importance to us and are a key factor behind our decision-making as we proactively take precautions against the spread of COVID-19. As a result, we are limiting hours for walk-in traffic to 10:00 am to 2:00 pm*; but have employees responding to remote enquiries by phone, email or website between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. See below and be aware that access can change at a moments notice and may not be immediately reflected as below.

     Nelson Branch
          - Monday to Friday (walk-in 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 4:00)
     East Shore Branch*
          - Monday to Friday (closed to walk-in but with some branch support 10 to 1; remote enquiries 9 to 4:00)
     Rossland Branch
          - Monday to Friday (walk-in 10 to 2; remote enquiries 9 to 4:00)

Online Banking Security
