The issue of service fees inspires plenty of discussion. Here are the guiding principles for determining our service fee policy.

We don't change them often. We adjusted our service fees in October 2000. The last time prior to that was in July 1998, and before that 1992.
We keep our service fees competitive with other credit unions in the area.
Most of our service fees are 15% less than what the BIG BANKS charge.
We conduct periodic reviews of our service fees.
We don't like raising service fees.
We don't raise service fees just because we have not raised them for a while.
