We know you are on the move. Take us with you as our Mobile Banking service has been optimized for smartphones like the iPhone®, BlackBerry®, and Android®, in addition to the iPad® and iPod Touch® .

Access

Services

With mobile banking you can:

What you need

Mobile banking works with most mobile devices with internet access. It works best on the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Blackberry or Android.

Security

Mobile banking is as secure as online banking. Your PAC prevents unauthorized access and 128-bit SSL encryption protects your data.

Free Text-Based Mobile Banking

Text-based mobile banking gives you real-time access to your accounts, wherever you happen to be. Just send a quick text message to your account and you'll receive a message back. It's fast, it's easy and it's free.*

This access works on all text-enabled phones. It doesn't matter what kind of cell phone you have, as long as you can send and receive text messages, you can use NDCU’s text-based mobile service.

Check account balances and recent account activity information from anywhere you can get a signal—instantly. You'll get the account information you want, when you need it. There's no need to find a computer to check your account balance. And, the ability to instantly check your account’s activities will give you peace of mind.

Your personal information is always secure, because the only transmitted information is your account balance or your recent account activity. Even if you lose your phone, no one can make changes to your account, steal funds or personal and financial information. And, it's quick and easy to cancel mobile banking, if needed.

Mobile Banking Security

Is my personal information secure in NSCU Mobile Banking?

Yes, your personal information is secure with NDCU mobile services due to security and authentication protocols:

For Smartphone Banking: You have the same security features you do when you log into Internet Banking from your desktop or laptop computer through MemberDirect®. You are authenticated when you enter your Member number and unique Personal Access Code (PAC) and protected by other security protocols. As a good practice, we recommend if you have Bluetooth technology** enabled on your mobile phone that you disable it prior to accessing your personal banking information through your mobile device until completion of your transactions.

For Text Banking: Since you are not logging in to Internet Banking when you access Mobile Text Banking, your account information is not exposed. Also, when you register for Mobile Text Banking, you give your accounts nicknames so your account numbers are never visible or accessible. And if you ever misplace your phone or it's stolen, you can disable or delete your phone immediately.
