Manager-Risk & Governance

Description:
The role of the Manager, Risk & Governance is to plan, develop, administer and maintain a regular compliance program to assess and evaluate the operational effectiveness with established credit union policies, procedures, by-laws, legislation, and member service effectiveness. To ensure legislation, policies, procedures are followed through proper training and education of all personnel.

This position requires a highly organized and enthusiastic individual, with a strong commitment to professionalism, who excels in providing and maintaining an exceptional level of confidentiality, organizational skills and problem solving abilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of credit union experience; 3-4 years in other financial institutions experience or a related field.
